By mid-1940, the German Army had conquered all of western Europe. H****r was tightening the noose around Britain. In the Atlantic, German U-boats were decimating Allied convoys, threatening to cut off Britain’s only lifeline. But Churchill had a secret weapon, the strangest military establishment in the world. Crossword fanatics, chess champions, mathematicians, students and professors, Americans and British, all came here with one common aim: to unlock the secrets of the Enigma, a machine that concealed Germany’s war plans in seemingly unbreakable code. If Enigma could be penetrated, everything H****r plotted would be known in advance. At Bletchley Park, there unfolded one of the most astonishing exploits of the Second World War.
There is no perfect running shoe, partly because no two feet are alike, even on the same person. Still, top brands can be comfortable, safe, and effective running mates — if you know what to look for. This video gives you some practical guidelines to help you find shoes that will serve you well in the long run. If in doubt, don’t buy. Shoes should feel just right in the store. Don’t count on improvements after they’re “broken in.” Take your time to buy. Try to shop when business is slow so you won’t feel embarrassed about trying on many pairs of shoes. Buying in haste is a good way to end up with poorly fitting shoes that can cause injuries.

ParticipantGreat job on these takes Ibby! For Kim Crawford: Your voice sounds super warm and comforting. I also think you had some good variety in pitch which helped keep my attention. When you say “…or our time” it sounds like you’re pronouncing “our” as “are” if that makes sense. I know we often pronounce it as “are” in conversation, but I’ve been directed to try to say it more like “hour”.
For Zillow: I like the pacing of this one! When you say “fees” I heard you pitch up at the end and it almost made it sound like a question. Maybe try a take where you sound a little more certain in your tone about what you’re saying.

ParticipantHi folks could use some feedback. I’m in the Chicagoland region trying to get representation. Dream come true would be to do voice work for Disney. I’m either getting no replies or rejection letters. I know it’s common but it’s getting to the point I feel like something’s missing. Any help would be appreciated.
Also if I can have feedback on my web page I’d greatly appreciate that as well.
